Abstract

Efficiency and improvement in educational organizations are problems addressed sinceseveral decades ago from different perspectives. This paper focuses on one of the edges of the problema of improving a Higher Education Institution (HEI): the increase in the performance and efficiency of administrative functions. To achieve this improvement a developed digital management system with a process approach is proposed. This system finally allows improved functions associated with strategic tasks and particularly the headmasters decision making in the HEI.
